Flow & Vinyasa

Vinyasa Flow

Morning Flow

An energising, sun-salutation-centred class designed to awaken and prepare your body and mind for the day ahead. Combines gentle warm-up, flowing sequences, and a mindful closing to set an intentional tone from the morning.

Wellness Flow

A nurturing, medium-paced flow class integrating breath awareness, mindful transitions, and body-positive sequencing. Focuses on sustainable movement habits and long-term wellness over performance or intensity.

Easy Stretch

A gentle, accessible class emphasising long, slow stretches and joint mobility — ideal for active recovery, improving flexibility, or simply unwinding after a busy day. Open to absolute beginners and suitable for all fitness levels.

Foundation & Classic

Hatha Yoga

Ashtanga

Gentle Yoga

Power Yoga

Body Weight Training

Yin Yang Yoga

Yogalates
